Airport Shuttle Service:
$19.50 one way
$39.00 round trip
*$5.00 Donation will be made to PNBC for every round trip reservation booked online through group code.
*Shuttles will be shared with other conference attendees.

Airport Shuttle Operating Hours:
Arrivals – 7:00 AM – 10:00 PM
Departures – 5:00 AM – 10:00 PM 

Booking Instructions:
Step 1 – Click the Book Online button below.
Step 2- Enter Group Code “PNBC19” in the group sign in field to access your custom group page for booking discounted rates. 
Step 3 – From: Enter “Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport”.
Step 4 – To: Enter “Hyatt Regency Atlanta”.
Step 5 – Select Round Trip.
Step 6 – Enter your flight arrival and departure date and time.
Step 7 – Leg 1: Enter your airline, flight number and the city you are traveling from.
Step 8 – Leg 2: Select your pickup time.  We recommend that you select a pickup time that is 2.5 – 3 hours prior to your flight departure time.  Then, enter your airline, flight number and city you are traveling to.
Step 9 – Review the information in the Shopping Cart and select “Checkout” to pay.
Step 10 – Enter payment information and contact information.  Please be sure to provide a cell phone number so that our team can reach you while you travel.
Step 11 – Select “Book your trip” and you will receive a confirmation email.  24 hours prior to your arrival, you will receive another email with detailed arrival instructions.

Reservation Changes:
Click here to visit our “Manage Reservations” tab and make any changes to your reservation.  Changes must be made within 24 hours.

Reservation Cut-off Date:
All reservations (online and phone) must be made by Friday, August 2nd at 11:59 PM to ensure proper planning.  We want to be sure that you receive the best customer service experience possible!
