Airport Shuttle Operating Hours:
Departures – 5:00 AM – 10:00 PM
Booking Instructions:
Step 1 – Click the Book Online button below.
Step 2- Enter Group Code “CBECS” in the group sign in field to access your custom group page for booking discounted rates.
Step 3 – From: Enter “Sheraton Atlanta Hotel”.
Step 4 – To: Enter “Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport”.
Step 5 – Enter your flight departure date and time.
Step 6 – Select your pickup time. We recommend that you select a pickup time that is 2.5 – 3 hours prior to your flight departure time. Then, enter your airline, flight number and city you are traveling to.
Step 9 – Review the information in the Shopping Cart and select “Checkout” to pay.
Step 10 – Select “Direct Bill” as the payment method and enter contact information. Please be sure to provide a cell phone number so that our team can reach you while you travel.
Step 11 – Select “Book your trip” and you will receive a confirmation email. 24 hours prior to your arrival, you will receive another email with detailed arrival instructions.
Reservation Cut-off Date:
All reservations (online and phone) must be made by Thursday, April 4th at 11:59 PM to ensure proper planning. We want to be sure that you receive the best customer service experience possible!
Reservation Changes:
Click here to visit our “Manage Reservations” tab and make any changes to your reservation. Changes must be made by Thursday, April 4th at 11:59 PM.
Print Receipt:
Click here to print a copy of your receipt. Please enter your reservation number exactly as it appeared on your confirmation. An additional piece of information from your reservation is also required to verify it is the correct reservation. Enter the additional information and indicate the type of information you have entered.
